Zoe Saldana was an American model, actress and dancer who rose to fame for her prominent roles in movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean. Star Trek Star Trek Into Darkness, Avatar and The Curse of the Black Pearl. Saldana's career began as a stage actor at a low level. She was a ballet dancer. She appeared in many plays in the company of FACES and the New York Youth theatre group prior to her entry onto the cinema world by directing the film Center Stage. Saldana is a well-known actress with an extensive list of movies which are among the top grossing worldwide. What gives her the edge over other actresses from her age is her flexibility. Saldana isn't a singular genre actor. She has appeared in many different films, from romance sci-fi and drama to action to comedy. She has been able to take on such a broad array of roles due to the fact that she is resolute and concentrates on her work with a lot of focus.
