Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah has worked as an actress, musician and playback vocalist for Tamil films and Malayalam film. Annayum Rasoolum was her Malayalam as well as Tamil debut. She debuted in Tamil in the film with Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea Jeremiah has been identified as an Anglo-Indian born in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father works as a lawyer at the Madras High Court. Also, she has a younger sister, currently employed as a research assistant in Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah comes born in Chennai. She attended National Public School, and later graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea was a young classical musician who was an avid geek. She was part of The Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars aged 10. This group formed her singing and music composition career. Also, she was a theatre performer in college. Andrea served as president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started her career in theatre with Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. She appeared in the Leo Coffee commercial with Shiva. Menon invited her after she had performed in the film Vettaiyaadu, to perform as a leading female on Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea portrays Kalyani as a wife and mother whose man has an affair. Andrea was approached by Simran Shobana and Tabu. The film was released in the early part of 2010, In 2011 she agreed to play a minor supporting part which was released in early 2010. Venkat Prabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha which was released in August of 2011. Annayum Rasoolum directed by Rajeeev Ravi, the romantic comedy film she premiered in Malayalam by releasing on August 11, 2013.
