Sharp was born within Rochester (New York) and embraced the world of music. In the Hochstein School of Music, she took classes in cello, clarinet and piano. Sharp's enthusiasm for performing in high school was what led her to the Boston Conservatory, where she was given an award. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. in the Conservatory, Sharp set her goals for the stage. Sharp performed in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. And she played eight roles in the comedy interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia as well as Aida. Some of her other roles included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. In addition to her work both on stage and the screen, Sharp has several other creative projects that she's written or co-written. Sharp continues to sing and is currently working on a full-length album that is in development. Sharp, who is often in front or behind camera or in the recording studio for music, also enjoys staying fit. Sharp studies Krav Maga along with boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, go hiking and taking a long road trip. Sharp resides with her husband and children and lives in Los Angeles.
